Your drawings

Your projects stay on your device, in .zkd files. We do not receive them unless you turn on online backup yourself.

Online backup

If you turn on online backup for a project, zkDraw sends its .zkd files to zkdraw.com. We keep them encrypted on our servers at Infomaniak in Switzerland, with their title, size, date and the name of the device that sent them, and only the last 10 versions of each project. A project moved to the trash is deleted after 30 days. When your access ends, your online projects are deleted 90 days later, after a warning email; they are deleted at once if you delete your account. Google Drive and Dropbox, if you choose them, are connected directly by the app: those files and your access to them don't go through zkdraw.com.

Your account

We keep your email address, your name if you give it, your password as an irreversible hash, your language and the state of your subscription.

News by email

Only if you tick the box, when signing up or in your account. We keep the date of your consent. You can untick it at any time; emails about your account (confirmation, security, subscription) continue.

Your devices

For each connected device: its name, its system, when it was connected and when its licence was last checked. You can remove it from your account.

Your messages

Messages from the contact form are kept to answer you and follow up the request, then deleted.

The help assistant

Your questions to the assistant are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to write the answer, and kept by us to improve the help. Don't write passwords or personal data in them.

Bug reports

zkDraw only sends a report with your consent: your message, the version, the system and the app's log, without your drawings, with your email address if you give it. They are used to fix the problem.

Cookies

A session cookie to stay signed in and a cookie for the chosen language. No advertising or third-party analytics cookies.

Payments

Payments will be handled by our payment provider; we neither see nor keep your card numbers.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy or the deletion of your data at any time from the Contact page.
